Stir Fried Shrimp with Egg


  • Chinese cooking rice wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • minced garlic
  • shrimp with heads on
  • eggs
  • oil
  • chives

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Marinate shrimp in a bowl with splash of cooking wine, salt, pepper
  2. Heat oil to high temperature and sauté minced garlic
  3. Add marinated shrimp
  4. Simmer on high heat until cooked throughly and head juices are released
  5. Add egg as thickener to soak up shrimp juices
  6. Remove from stove and serve with chives as garnish
